Default Question about weird LCC Trans behavior

I have a LCC that when the drive train gets under any load, the rear wheels turn off, like I have engaged the front dig. I have adjusted the hell out of my dig servo end points thinking it could have gotten knocked out of whack at some point, but it doesn't seem to fix anything. Do yall think it is possible that the internal dig mechanism is going bad? I have never taken one of the transmissions apart, is it going to be a massive undertaking to fix it? I can upload a short video of the problem if that makes it easier.

Thanks!

Apart from the generally good advice to disassemble the gearbox anyway to reduce some friction, I experienced the very same problem as you when the drive shaft wasn't properly attached to the gearbox axle and worm pinion. Either set screw might come loose or not be properly seated in the axle recess.
