|  The Joker... Losi edition......
Got a couple of PM's asking if the new chassis ive designed will work with losi axles.. well I guess its time to share the losi edition of the Joker chassis  This chassis at first glance looks like the one designed for the ax10 but its not... Every panel and part is designed to suit the losi, its smaller and lighter than the ax10 one cause it requires less gearing/reduction, The gearing (with a 14t pinion) will be near spot on to a LCC  I will be building one for myself and testing very soon and will share the build in here. Oh yea!!! I could definitely use a new chassis for my Losi sporty!!! Are those the cf Losi upper shock mounts, or your own design?? . Last edited by rangercat23; 10-12-2013 at 11:12 AM. |

Had some time to start test fitting the gearbox design, a few more tweaks and it will be ready for carbon   |

Looks good! - I think it needs a rear plate (with bearing) to hold the output shaft steady. - The gearing (26/12 ?) is comparable to using an 18T pinion on the LCC tranny, which is more than I've had any success with. (Might work for a light rig with high torque motor though.) |
