You will need the axial gear box and to redril the skid also. What are you wanting to do with the losi? Trail runs?

So you think I'd be in it about 250-300 bucks to convert it ?

Bad idea, period. Buy an Axial truck instead.

The losi will do the trail runs on brushless, get a different body to look more scale. Or even get a new chassis and skid and 800 hubs.

Leave the losi in stock configuration for crawling and take the money you were going to spend converting it and get a trail rig.

If you have no need for a slow crawler just find a trade for something you like. Limit it to trades in your area, so you can do it in person and both be sure what you're getting.
