Couple suggestions that may help you.

1st get everyone in Texas interested in the Group/Club.. After you have all of your members then divide it up in a way that all can have input. I would suggest 2 sub sections. i.e. TRCRA North & TRCRA south. But keep it simple work under one heading TRCRA. Kinda like a business that work under different entities but report to the Main or head office.

Have one Presedent that organizes the entire group/club with 2 VP's that is in charge of getting comps and GTG's organized and report to the President. I'm using the word president and VP loosly for example reasons onlyl.

All members vote on who is running it on a yearly basis.

The VP's will speak to the members and find out when the majority can all come to a comp or Get to geather and set a date letting everyone know when and where.

The president is in charge of keeping track of everything including point standins and such and reporting it back to USRCC (?).

Also find places to crawl that will have some on lookers as this can only grow the club and have more interest.

I'm only trying to help you out as I want to see you succeed and grow. From my observation you are all just "throwing" things out there. The more organized you are the better success you'll have. Make sure it's structured and everyone knows whats happening so there is no way for anyone to be second guessing what's happening. I would also suggest all memebers pay something to help keep things running, like the website, stickers and what nots. I wouldn't get "IRON ONs" for shirts as that is the cheesiest thing I've seen. You can order T-Shirts that have been screened for around 2.50 a shirt search the net and order a minimum of 10 each size needed, it will save money and you'll have them on hand when new members sign up and pay their dues.

Also talk to Jason and some of the others who are in charge of groups/clubs. The Oregon guys are allways willing to help out with info.

Hope this helps you all out.

As for your logo. Talk to a couple of guys that have those wicked Avitars designed and they'll get you something quick and probably for free. Post it in Chit Chat - Looking for LOGO help or something like that.
I could design a logo for you but I'm limited by my software.

I tryed to join the Texas site, but I dont think I got it done. I assume I need to be accepted before I join, because I have not been able to login. I live near Bulverde, and I am going to start building a Crawler Really Quick! If you have any advice please email me at minifaron@yahoo.com

Hey,
I live kinda near FT. Fantom and I have been up there a couple of times. On the West side of the lake there is a water inlet that does not have any water that kicks ***. So when you get done building your crawler we should get together By the was what crawler did you build.

Hey I live on the south side of town about 5 minutes from the lake which sucks cause the only good crawling spot is on the north side at Ft. Fantom. Anyway I tried to registar on texas crawling site and they never replied so I am not able to confirm me registration.
