Does anyone know if team associated makes a set that will fit on a clodbuster or stampede, and if so, what the part number is? I couldn't find one.

you can use the rear truck 3 piece wheels on the stampede (maybe the clod but im not certain because i have never seen a clod in person). But the rear truck 3 piece wheels will work fine on the pede. You won't be running a hex though. Just the pin and the wheel. hope that helps.

you could drill a hole through the clod axle to put the pin in.
