Default Finished JK wheels

have time last week to finish the set of JK wheels...








sorry for the fuzzy picture...



Waiting to finished another handmade such as Axle, chassis, scale shock, etc to build the my JK...see u at there .

Nice machining! Those things must be seriously labour intensive, being all done on manual lathe and mill!

thanks...you are right we do carving here...

To anticipate my new body - cherokee, plan to have a set of star whells for wrangler/cherokee with internal beadlock..Still on progrees some detail still not there..need to make another one...wish me luck

I live in the same country with him and he's known as the sickest man in the local 4x4 scale rc business. I just bought a set of 2.2 rims with multiple offsets, manually made by him, all I can say is...man he's a living CNC machine! Salam scale om Nop!

Default Adding to perfection

I recieved my rims last week and now just waiting for my Mickey Thompson Baja Claw look alikes to come in. In the mean time I have added another detail to these already fine rims.



I have access to a CNC engraver so I took the opportunity to engrave the manufacturer name onto the rim. The next ones I will raise the lettering a bit higher...



The small details is what make it interesting.

Here is the (my) orginal.

Default custom steel stampede wheels

After some time working with custom alumuium wheels, now we are working on steel. some pictures help me to talk.
material : galvanile (Ze-Fe alloy ??) 0.85 - 0.9mm
process : manual drawing, manual stampede.
