i had to do the same.

with the stock flat irons, i had to ''drive'' to get around my lil practice course in the back yard. and the lil dirt/mud pit at the end always left them full.

with the swampers, its no brainer to make it around, and they clean out with the first throttle blip after going through the mud.

had to get another ton of rock, to add to the course.

Yes please

So frustrating that my new rubber doesn't fit :( Especially after the Roklox were one of the easiest tyres to mount.

Cheers

OEM Steel 1.9 Stock Beadlock Wheel

from the RC4WD site...........

"Currently this wheel will not work with Proline 1.9 tires, due to thicker bead."

Yeah, the bead is quite different than a rc4wd bead. It's not impossible to mount these, it's actually really easy with the right size internal ring, just have to take a trip back to 2004 when if you want it, you had to make it.

I'll try and put something together in the next few days. I hope it helps people out. Those wheels and these tires are a great combo!

At the UTRCRC scale comp today these tires took three out of the top 4 spots. They just plain hooked up all day

After running these I need to know when the 2.2's are going to be out. We have a ttc event coming up and they will be a great tire to run.

Yup! Can't wait for the 2.2's Are the 2.2's going to be shorter than 2.2 Rok Lox? Can't remember what the Rok Lox measure out to.

Dang! The 2.2's will be taller and wider than the Rock Lox? I'm kinda bummed about that... I was hoping for something shorter.

According to RPP, the Rok Lox are 5.2": http://www.rpphobby.com/product_p/rc4roklox22.htm

According to RC4WD, they're the same height as the TSLs: http://rc4wdstore.com/2/product_info...de2b8838872281

My bad, that was a typo so I corrected it. My point being that it looks like the 2.2 TSLs will be at least as big as the Rok Lox.

My mounted rox lox's are over 5.5" I have never seen any mounted that were not at least 5.5"

I dont know who they have measuring stuff or what kind of measuring device they use but they are off quite a bit.. RC4wd cant get any measurements right on anything so using them as a reference point is silly..

I hear ya, but until someone actually has a set in-hand and mounted and sitting next to a tape measure, all we have to compare these tires are the manufacturers' specs. So that's what I'm going on.

so when the 2.2's come out, whos the best at cutting and glueing???

im gona buy a set and would like to have them cut down to make a taller 1.9.

this is by far the best tire ive used, and would really like them to be a half inch taller.

whos cutting, and how much you charging?
