I would be very disappointed if they came out with a set of "MallTurds"! What a useless tire!!!!

I would like to know an actual measurement of the dia. of the 2.2 SX when someone gets a set mounted...

So I understand a few people have received 2.2 Swampers even though the official release date was just yesterday. Has anyone heard when retailers will be getting them? I've got a pre-order at RPP, but they're still showing to be out of stock.

Got mine the build is still a work in progress but here are some pictures
of the 2.2's. Next to 1.9 Roc Lox and 2.2 JConcepts Rocx.

Great amount of detail in these tires, they are truely beautiful and cant wait to get them mounted.

Hmm, definitely doesn't look like it's 5.4" tall based on that tape measure. Maybe when mounted? I'd like to see some pics side by side with 2.2 rok lox. Still, great looking tire.

RKSTAR, thanks for posting the pics! Are the mounted Swampers weighted down at all? If so, that'll definitely account for some of the shorter height.

no weight in the wheels, just resting on their own weight. Let me know if you guys want pics of anything else. I did leave a beadlock screw out to vent air out, might have lost a little height from that.

Damn, tire shopping is tough these days.

After looking at a hundred pictures and sifting through a crap load of dimensional data, I pulled the trigger on 3 sets of the 1.9's. I was afraid Rok-Lox were going to be a bit too big at 4 1/2". A few other RC4WD tires spec' out close to what size I want, but they are proven to have less than acceptable performance from what I've read.

If this comparison is accurate, they should work out ok (a 1/4" taller would have been perfect) And from what I've read, performance is not going to be anything to worry about. I know Flat Irons hook up, these should be as good if not better in G8.

I ordered right from Pro-Line, I hope they don't take too long to get here...

Damn Seein's how y'alls dollar is roughly equivalent to ours right now, that don't seem right. They're 26 bucks a pair direct from Pro-Line, slow shipping for 11-12 bucks.

I guess the shipping kills everybody down there. Is the LHS in the same boat as the consumer? Doesn't seem like much incentive to promote a product line/manufacturer...
