Yes, they come with a 2 stage foam. They seem to be perfect for a lighter rig (5-7 lb range). If your truck is a pig, you may have to get stiffer outers. They work real well on a stockish Axial TR.

Yeah they are soft. My rig is a lightweight compared to most and at rest w/no battery, sealed bead/ ventless rim, it still looks like it is grossly underinflated. That aside they perform like no tire I've used before. Granted I'm still pretty new to crawling. On the trail they dig ruts at will, climb like a goat. Sidehilling is phenomenal. On the rocks I get a kick out of watching them grab, bunch up, and pull my rig up/out/over just about anything I point it at. I am sold on these tires. I'll be getting a few more sets of both the 1.9's and 2.2's. I have a feeling my future project will wear em well.

How much does your truck weigh? What is "lightweight?"

Just wondering if anyone has used them on granite, and if so how were they?

6.4 lbs with dlg 3s 4000mah lipo

Most builds I've seen on here are pushing the 10lb mark with many over it. Lightly modified scx's run 5-7 lbs usually contributed to steel/aluminum wheels.

I've used the 2.2's on my wraith on a combination of granite and shale. The performance is what sealed the deal on the 1.9's.
