Default New Imex Tire

Hey,

I just found a new tire from Imex, it's call the Red Rock Krawler, they say it's 7" tall with a soft compound.

While searching for the Touareg tire width, I noticed the diameter and width of the HPI Yokohama Geolanders weren't listed. According to Tower Hobbies, they are:

Outer diameter: 103mm (4.05")
Width: 50mm (1.98")

4RnrRick,

Great posting...tire and foam weights would be great to add to this info!

BTW, Losi Zombie-Maxxes are approximately 5.25" inches tall...stock T-Maxx and E-Maxx size.

Where's the 1.9" list? It should include wheels too since the list won't be very long. Thanks

I just ordered the Proline Flat Iron M2 w/memory.... I see there is a new compound..G8...
Are G8 something I should have considered...? I thought the M2 would give me better grip and won't fold over on side-hilling... Am I thinking that right...?

Default Tire Sizes

Okay I just got my Tamiya up and running and thought about changing out the original tires but have had two different answers. I found a good deal on some on ebay but they were 2.2's, After reading the info left by the seller it was evident he didn't like them on his Land Cruiser, Has anyone had expierence with running the bigger tires and if so can you give me the pros and cons of each and what you recommend? THANKS
