Default CFM 1.250" True Can spacers question.

I just picked up some CFM 1.250" True Cans so I can get my tires mounted up with some CI Deuces Wild foams. Are the spacers that come with these supposed to slide over the screws or be threaded? Mine don't seem to slide over or screw on. I was wondering if I was missing something.

Thanks!

In case anyone runs into the same issue, I contacted CFM and Clay suggested running an 1/8" drill bit through them. So, I grabbed some vice grips and did just that. Worked like a charm.
