*Super Voodoo Tires; Cut-N-Shut by C.I. w/ Super Nova Foams on Y Town Carbon Wheels*

[Nova's Ark]

These tires, wheels and foams were built for Rowdy Racing and you can check out the entire build thread for the crawler they are going on here:

These were finished just in time for the 2013 USRCCA Nationals next week in Arizona.

It took ten tires to make the four you see in the pictures.
Four ProLine Moab XL's = sidewalls
Six Ottsix Voodoo in the Silver Compound = tread

The foams are the Super Nova 7.75" and they have been "Comp Cut". Soft outers in front and medium outer in rear.

I think these will be the best performing super tires I have made to date. The Ottsix tire design and rubber compound is phenomenal to work with.

The Y Town Crawlers 115mm Super Carbon Fiber wheels are stunning. Excellent craftsmanship and design.

Super class is by far the funniest trucks to drive.

You know the excitement you get when driving an awesome sporty after driving a moa for ages. It just impresses you how capable and simple it is. That's what driving a super is like just not simple.

It will always put a smile on your face when you drive them.

I am so glad to see these finally made. Now I want some 1.9 VOODOO. From what I have seen SUPERS are not that easy to drive. I am still trying to wrap my brain around how to use a twin stick controller. What TX are you going to use Rowdy??

My first crawler was a super running sticks. So I've had alot of practice.

He only used 6 2.2's and 4 Moab's for the sidewalls So that made 10

It's tricky with super tires to measure height because the 2.2 tire crowns at the taller height. These are all of 7.75" in height but I'm certain when they are mounted and the weight of the crawler on them they will be 7.50" which will make them perfect for the intended crawler.

Supers are a hoot. Been a long while, but they sure were fun.

I can't even imagine now with all the steering.
