Be using the rc4wd foam that comes with the wheels. These tires are super soft without foam. My rig weighs around 9.5 pounds. Do you guys think I should star cut the foam? Or just leave it the way it comes.

Tires are meant to have foams for support. RC4WD foams are too soft for a 9.5lbs truck.

You would only want to star cut the foams to make them "softer" and conform to the rocks more.

Best bet is to go www.crawlerinnovations.com and look at some of the details for 2.2 Deuces Wild and Double Deuce foams.
