can a 2.2 wheel and tire fit a stock scx10 deadbolt?

You will have to find a short tire.



Rc4wd Mud Slingers 4.88 inch dia. King 100mm shocks. Trim the fenders.

oh ok so ill need to upgrade the shocks to fit 2.2 wheels and tires?

Depends on the wheels and tyres.

If you get small 2.2 tyres and wheels that widen the track then you probably won't have to do anything.

I suggest you get the wheels and tyres you like and then see if they require any modification to fit.

One way to fit huge tyres is to use the AR60 axles that are fitted to the Wraith and Ridgecrest. They are wider and will provide more stability and clearance for big rubber.

What ever you do remember that a taller vehicle is more prone to roll over.

All will depend on which 2.2's you plan on driving. The smallest 2.2's (Prolin Flat Irons, which is a very underestimated tire by the way) will fill. But a small bodylift is adviseble. Bigger 2.2's will hit your body on turn while the suspension in compressed.
