|  6" and 5.5" Ottsix Klr's
I've been wanting to build these for a while. A huge thanks to Matthew for hooking me up with all the tires I needed. So first is a set of 6" Klr's with U4 sidewalls. Silver klr, gold u4. These will be going on my 2.2 trail class rig. Mostly used for comping, will do occasional trail runs with them. I'll have to watch wear thou.  Comparison to U4  Next to its 1.9 brother   Next were some 5.5" Klr's for the comp rigs. Gold klr, gold voodoo pin sidewalls. The stock klr is a bit wide for my taste on a comp rig.. So I narrowed them just like I did for my 1.9 scx rig. Narrowed klr, then enlarged. A lot of cutting and gluing for these guys, but well worth it. I did sipe these vertically to open them up a little. Doing this softened them up noticeably. They feel just like a voodoo pin now.  Tad shorter than a voodoo pin  Tad taller than a U4  Tad taller than a voodover  |
