but yeah this is a mature forum for sure (not like that, you sickos). i like it here, i think i'll stay a while too.

one of my favorite magnesiums, though not scale, and not offroad-ish...

okay while not actual magnesium, you CAN get them in 1/10 scale...
and i probably will nab a set or two for my drift car builds... perfect for AE86!

Those look similar to Watanabes. I had a set of black knock off Watanabes on a GTI not so long ago, I couldn’t bring myself to get a set of genuine lightweight ones from Japan with how much they want for them, especially finding them in 4x100. Very unorthodox on a German origin car, but they are definitely the go-to for the Ae86’s and look awesome

I also love my old school RC4WD 1.9'' Wagon Wheels with the solid back dish and proline blue rings

Thats because...

they ARE watanabes!!!
No, really. Look very closely at the rs watanabe logo.
And i, too, once had reps hahaha 15x7 -9 on my ae86.
Wanted 16x9 for my current frs, but... nobody makes a decent rep in that size with +20 offset. And the real deal is out there but... $$$$$$$$$$$++!!!1!!!
$1200... each? Nahhhhhhhh.

I have replica avante guard hahaha reps of reps! But the fitment is A++ so i get thumbs up all the time. 17x9.5 +20 with 215 stretched over them. Streched, poked, slammed.

Reminds me, i still need a toyota 86 tamiya body. And a ton of scale drift wheels!!!

I'm a slot wheel man. Always wanted a set for my 1:1 GMC Jimmy but always had the rally wheels

Gearhead vintage finish 1.55's

GCM 1.9 slots

Rc4wd GM rally wheels with no beauty rings. Painted to match like I did on my real square bodies

Hell, if you hit a pothole at speed with those, goodbye circular wheels.

My favorite wheels have to be either Mickey Thompson classics, or early Jeep Rubicon Moabs.
