What is everyone using to cut and sipe tires? TIA

I used dykes(side cutters) and a dremel

Thanks Dremel worked great! Super swampers off my son's Redcat, trying to get a little more bite. Started here test them and probably do more.

Helps them clear better as well so they dont clog up.
