pandabox, glad to hear that your solder is doing good. After finishing my tube work, I could stand on the chassis and it held up fine. I've been brazing 3mm nuts on for the body panels and I've found that this thin solder works awesome for small detail work. Zack |

Thanks for the info. I had another question. Back further in the thread, someone stated that they use the bernzomatic acid core solder. When you check the homedepot site, it says no flux is needed, but on the package at the store, it clearly states to use flux. What % for the Harris stuff should I get? I found a GREAT deal on Harris 45 will that be enough or do I need 65-75% ? Thanks Joe |
