1. Safety Silv 56 (this is the silver solder)
2. Safety Flux
3. Break tubing (not painted/coated) If there's coating, you gotta remove it.
4. Mapp torch (propane just aint hot enough to do it right)
5. Flint striker (to light the torch)
6. Safety glasses (get the ones that are designed for welding or brazing)
7. Dust mask (minimum) You never know what the fumes will do you your health.

I've made a few chassis using the Safety Silv 56 and none of them have broken, even after several long falls.

That is a great read, on brazing, how did I miss it? It cleared up a few problems I have encountered brazing tubing. Thanks

It used to work fine before, but now you need the .htm extension.

Try this:

You'll want bare bronze rod and a standard brazing flux. 1/16in rod is ideal, but 3/32in will work find if it is all you can find. You can buy coated rod to avoid dipping it in flux, but you have to keep it completely dry and straight (to avoid cracking the flux coat). Bare rod and a tub of flux is the simpler way to go once you get used to it.

Silver "solder" is technically brazing, the rod melts at higher than 800*F (actually around 1200*F). The difference is far better flow and wetting with the silver (strength is the same when done properly).
