Default Tips for rebuilding RC4WD Dual Spring Shocks

I'm getting ready to rebuild a couple sets of RC4WD dual springs and I'm looking for some advice from anyone who has done this before. My questions are: What O-rings did you use? Also I've read where some people have installed smaller e-clips which exposes the holes in pistons better but I couldn't find where anyone said what size e-clips they used. Any advice would be appreciated.
