I have quite a few different sets. I find long tips help, Ball tips are something to get later if you can.

These would be a great choice. The handles are nice and big. As far as tips go, these are some of the best. There very sharp and precise.

MIP speed tips, fit my pocket driver . They are pricey, but can be retooled if needed.

MIP is the only way to go. I scoffed at the price, then when I found a couple in a LHS I was visiting I bit the bullet. The fit tight, and work well. Only thing is they could be a bit longer, but I have others for that if need be. If money is an issue I would look for the red handled dynamite wrenches. Not the rubber grips, but the knurled red. They world very well for the money, but MIP is the best, IMO. I also bought the tips for my cordless driver by MIP.

John Thorp was the of owner of this line of tools. I got two complete sets of the og Thorps and a couple of sets of the newer MIPS. It was a sad day when he stopped producing them. MIP picked up his tooling and brand a little later and all was good in the world again. Quality is the same with the MIP produced as it was when John was making them.

The locked up drivers are very nice, just wish he had more than 3 sizes.

I say out of all the ones I have tried I like EDS and locked up rc the best. They seem to last the longest and the replacement tips are fairly cheap compared to some.

Bondhus. Also, recommend to go with the ball-end. Makes things much easier. You don't have to go straight-in on the hex-heads.

Just got my MIP speed tip drivers -WOW they fit like a glove! No slack in the hex head at all, very impressive. They fit in my racheting driver or standard driver and are long so they reach in deep places. I could see this being an issue in tight confines but I don't think it'll be much of an issue. Despite the price I am very happy with the purchase. Thanks for the recommendation .

It is interesting that 2 people have recommended Bondhus. I was impressed with their warranty and their tools looked nice.

So I bought the ball end hex driver set 3 weeks ago and after 12 hex screws (from an Axial SCX10 kit) the 1.5mm driver end has stripped to the point of not working. So now I have to choose if I want to spend the shipping costs to send it to Bondhus and wait don't know how long to get a replacement. Or I just go and buy something better, especially since I don't want to wait to continue building the kit .

Is my experience uncommon or did the quality go down? I don't know ...

Integy has some that around $25.00 for a set. Maybe not the best but I've had mine a few years and they have held up fine. Just have to pay attention to which size handles you order

I have the rubber-handled Dynamite pouch set of hex drivers and they are already starting to round after using them to build an SCX10 kit and not much else. The 1.5mm is junk.

Do you guys know of any drivers that are hex shaped for the length of the shaft? Those can be ground and reused when the ends get dull.

Bondhus. Once the tips eventually go, I just grind down a bit and voila! Fresh tip!
