Pretty sure there are good, real good, yawn, and crap categories for these. I would like to know what name brands are good to real good. And any features to look for, not meaning ruled lines. More interested in how the surface last or heals. pep thanks |

For roughly seven years I've been using an X-acto 9" x 12". I've used it A LOT. Still does what it's supposed to, though it doesn't look like new. Cutting across previous cuts, it cuts as if the crossing cut was not even there. Yesterday, I ordered another X-acto self-healing mat in a larger size; 18" x 24". Obviously, I am a satisfied customer.
