I was thinking today about crawling- as we all do ![]() On the spur gear mount where the slipper clutch is fab up a disc of some kind, and a cantileaver system which the servo would control to clamp two pads on to the disc. We all know what its like going up an obstical and having to reverse a little bit, then when you hit the gas it flips. Using this device would brake all four wheels and would make awkward manouvres more easy. The design i had in my head was to build it like a bycicle cantileaver brake only smaller, then a quite long rod for better leaverage linked to a powerful servo! Let me know your thoughts to this idea! |
