Default New Sport on the way!!

Jegs had a $30 off sale today so I ordered a blue Traxxas Sport. Curious to see how much different the lighter platform will perform than my Defender. I just wanted a backup to play with while my Defender is awaiting parts.

Congrats!

It's cool that you got it from Jegs! What do they charge for shipping?

I just took my new blue TRX4 Sport out to the same wilderness coarse I run my Defender on. WOW! Its a little beast! The thing climbed up a rocky creek incline that my Def wouldnt clear. It barely ever bottomed out because of all the extra clearance it has and its so bloody light you have to keep off the throttle or it will jump over boulders. Its not as sturdy as the Def. The body is super light which benefits its superb agility. But picking it up it feels flimsy. I hope its overbuilt for its lightweight purpose. In short its a blast.

"I hope its overbuilt for its lightweight purpose."

Its the same as your Defender ,just 3 servo's less and a super light body, great little truck.
