Random D110 bumper I went for on Amazon for $25. Mounted on with the universal L brackets trimmed on one end. Not to sure if this was taken before or after I adjusted the mounting posts to max height.

New SSD bumper. I love it:

I had to cut a bit the front grille and below the lights to get down the body until the inner fenders fitted with the chasis like with the stock bumper

I like it man, it even has the slot for the winch. I really like my SSD bumper too.. hey did you change the rear bumper yet? I still have my stock one I do like the little alignment holes it has for the body but it looks too plastic.

But with a winch lead it would be perfect!

I still have the stock rear bumper but a bit lifted(cut the body also some mm) and so far I like it.

Update: Here are some more pics of the Integy front and rear bumpers after the winch was mounted and I installed Hot Racing tow shackle mounts and tow shackles. I also mounted a RC4WD Hi-Lift jack just for fun. One thing that I really like about these bumpers is that they provide more ground clearance/approach angle than the stock bumpers without changing the bumper mounts.

Nice!

Bought myself a gunmetal version after seeing your post. After seeing it on my truck, I decided black looked better on the Grey body (and their anodized black version seemed a bit 'blingy' for my taste), so I painted it black, and like how the results came out:

It's funny, I was just today thinking "the only thing missing is tow shackles"

Are these the ones you used?

Got the same bumper. A coat of black paint may be in the offing as well.

YES those are the mounts, they just replace those two screws. I just lightly sanded the spacers to adjust the thickness as needed to be able to get the mounts oriented straight. I also have scratched my front bumper so down the line paint may be a fix, in the meantime I covered the lower part of the bumpers with electrical tape to protect them.

BTW, I think that black looks great on the grey body and I have plans to paint my bumper once it get too scratched!

I made my bumpers. Used 1/4" steel rod to simulate tube bumpers. Stainless 1/32" diamond plate. Used touch up gun bluing and hand rubbed with oil for the finish.

Your bumper is the first I have seen that looks like it actually protects the underside/undercarriage/ 2 front end corners/posts of the lexan body. So many bumpers here but almost all of the leave the poor body exposed to damage on approach angles.

The beauty of custom built. Yes, even the angle back on the front bumper still protects the body while giving a steeper approach if you enter a bit sideways. I believe they are a touch higher too. I have noticed steel vs. plastic is noisier tho... Sounds awful dragging on rocks, hehe

In case anyone is wondering, for my bumper I used the following primer:

https://shop.advanceautoparts.com/p/...licolor+primer

and paint:
https://shop.advanceautoparts.com/p/...uplicolor+semi

It's got a few scratches after a couple of runs, but nothing a yearly touch up coat won't solve.

First off, those custom made bumpers are awesome. I like a minimalist bumper for mine but I think that thing looks really cool and scale too.

Second, I will go ahead and disagree with you mobgma and exclude my rear SSD bumper mounted in the front of my trx in your list there. It works, it protects the body and ive got it on film too :p It works on my Marauder body as well same fitment, there is no way I'm pushing any rocks with the corner or underside the body the bumper does all the work.
