Default Something's been Bugging me.....

Took it to a local crawl spot for testing along with my kid driving the k5 Ascender and a couple friends and it did as expected, I seem to only run either both open or both locked so I will experiment with a single servo running both or a y-cord so both servos run on the same signal so I can use the 5th channel for a winch.

Next I installed small springs inside the shocks under the pistons and it appears to be more stable, but I think I need heavier inner springs or lighter outer springs.

First attempt at a servo winch...

Machined a shaft with a drill and dremel.

Glued this in the bottom for a bushing.

I ended up installing the yeah racing winch controller on my TF2 and it works with different types of third channel controls by moving the dip switches.

In my case, I’m using a traxxas “5ch” radio with the controller on the momentary switch setting so one toggle is forward, the next is stop, next reverse, next stop and so on.

The bug has a wireless keyfob type controller until my 6ch radio shows up...

I had a spare slash body mount so I made an adapter out or sheet aluminum.
