Question Please help I'm having trouble with my panhard setup

Im having a problem with my front tires, they have "toe in" really bad. And another problem I believe it may be due to the panhard bar is causing my axle to be shifted pretty far towards the driver side, which causes the passenger side shock to bend and rub against the frame does anyone have a fix for these problems?

Sounds like you may have some of the links mixed up.

The panhard bar should have a spacer in it to get the right geometry. I did forget to install it and had the same problem. Check some of the build treads to see what's missing.

The toe in, I'm not sure about. If you could post a photo, that would help. The link rod should be 90mm long.

When I compress the shocks it shifts the axle back to even in the center where it should be ill check the links tomorrow. And I'm not able to post pics yet I just joined but I believe a couple spacers in my steering link might help my toe in problem and straighten out the wheels.

A panhard setup will always make the axle shift side to side under compression, but it sounds like your link is the wrong length if it's way off center sitting at ride height under its own weight.

I double and triple checked and I believe these panhard link is the correct length however it does not specify in the manual what length it is supposed to be. But right now it is the same length as all the front links does anyone know the correct length it should be?

Check your links with this thread. The manual is incorrect on a couple of the links. That may be your problem.

The manual does specify the length for the pan hard. I didn't have any issues with that part so not sure what your issue is. Did you maybe get the panhard swapped with one of the links when you were assembling it? Can you post up a picture of the issue?

All my links are the exact same size as in the picture. I added a small spacer on my panhard bar and it helped a little but its still bending my shock against the frame when I compress only one of the shocks. I also added spacer where the shock mounts to the shock tower/hoop. I don't know what to do and I can't post pics yet im a new member.

I'm not sure if you fixed this or not but I noticed some alignment issues with my truck putting it together too. I built it at the 302mm length and instead of running the 66MM link on the upper link I had to run a 61 and on the drag link and the pan hard bar I had to add 6 MM to each to get the axle to sit aligned and to center my steering servo.
