All the brackets are temp while trying to get the wheelbase right. I want to get the hangers brazed up and next is to get the transfer case crossmember built.

I envy your metal fab skills. That body setup is wicked cool! Love the chopped blazer body and the metal tub. Keep up the good work

Dang, nice fab up job. You could always make the bed sides from styrene to save a little weight and keep cg lower. Also rollbar inside cab doesn't need a tab, just put velcro right on the bar itself?

I actually love the added weight. Truck wont be fast or competing just for fun. It makes the leafs really work and driving very realistic. I actually got the mounts for the leafs done and the tcase crosmember made but havnt posted pics because we have been on vacation this week. Updates this weekend. Seats, dash, and cage .

Aight i finnaly got some time to work on the truck and post progress. Got the cage mostly done. Need to add some smaller tubes and get it painted. Seat mounts in. tranny tunnel in. Tub and inner fenders done and painted. Gonna get a tube tailgate made up soon along with painting the body. Still havent decided on wheels though. Really leaning towards 2.2 rc4wd hostiges if i can ever get my hands on them.
