Ascender kit build with telluride body

Thought i will share my build. Had most of the parts from my telluride and an scx10 build earlier and reused them on this build.

I was amazed at the quality of the parts in the ascender. The instructions were really clear.

I also installed the Associated 32p 54Tspur gear and 9T pinion. Seems to work just fine. Havent run on trails yet but soon will.

The telluride body fits perfectly with WB1. The wheels tuck inside the fender and looks very nice.

I like the traxxas rx box... How did you mount it?

I mounted it on the esc mount plate. The esc itself is instead on the shift servo location on the tranny.

ive got a telluride body im working on with rock armour and a stretched wheel base for my ascender chassis kinda comp cut jk looking its a tough body looks good all red too

Yeah. The body is pretty tough given i have abused the telluride so much already. The body firs way better on the ascender to be honest.

Just did some indoor runs and the torque twist is really bad on this truck. Need to find a way to reduce it if it cannot be fixed 100%
