1. This is a request to HorizonHobby (website) to add the Vaterra - TwinHammer as a selection on the Product Support page as an option for requesting support. Don't expect a response. 2. 'productsupport@horizonhobby.com is a dead email address. It is an auto-responder that lets you know that there is no one looking at this email address. "*Please do not respond to this email* as this email address is no longer monitored. To place an inquiry with one of our Product Support Representatives, please use our online form to Submit a Technical Support Request <https://www.quickbase.com/db/ . If you would like to speak with a Product Support Representative, please contact us toll free at (877) 504-0233. Our support representatives are available Monday-Friday, 8am-7pm CST, Saturday, 8am-5pm CST, and Sunday 12pm-5pm CST. Thank you, Horizon Hobby Product Support We Help People Have Fun With Hobbies!" 3. I have used the Product Support form on the website and received no response. Most times it is easier for me to start a dialog via email/request than it is by phone and it seems that HH is failing to respond to request via their automated method. Can someone from HH please investigate these issue. Thanks ORA. Last edited by offroadace; 02-18-2013 at 11:30 AM. |

Don't have a phone? I just called. The product isn't the greatest, but the support line works fine. |

I have a phone, just not readily accessible during working hours. That is why I like to at least get things started with an email and then conclude with phone if necessary.

Can't remember what address I used but I e-mailed them and it took awhile to get a reply, but they did reply. In the meantime I called them and my problem(servo) was taken care of in about three minutes. After rereading your post I realized that it was Horizon Hobby I called and e-mailed. Either way I had great service.
