Default Transmission issue

So i have a problem.

My drive shaft doesn't soon unless i move the shift servo into a sweet spot. If i take it out of that specific position then the drive shaft locks up. Anyway to fix this?

Honestly i rather just make it into a one speed transmission but i don't know how to do that either

I'd suggest that once you find that "sweet spot", leave it in 1st gear and unplug the servo from the rx. Then you can't shift.

I took it apart and it looks fine, but this is my first vth so I'm not sure how it should look.

I will look into doing the swap or unplugging it.
