Twin Hammers outdrive issues???

Ok I have had a issue with mt TH since a roll down the hill. My Right side driveshaft keeps popping out. The Buggy has GCM front plate and 85mm front shocks.

The driveshaft is not bent and I have replaced the arm and hubs and even the driveshaft. You can see that the dogbone comes out farther on the right side more than the left. Over the weekend while I was replacing the arms I even checked the pins and the retainers and still can not find the issue. Shocks both have the same spacing of 83mm and even checked the hoops to see if they were bent. Out of ideas on what to check next.?

I'd swap the shocks side to side and see if the problem follows the shocks. It's possible you yanked the rod end a couple threads loose on the end of the shock shaft. Otherwise you must have a tweaked tower or something.

Sounds like you have def bent something. Prob the gcm plate. The full droop position doesn't have to be far out before the shaft will pop out. Pull the plate out and see if it still sits flat... Or maybe just use a bit of force to push the hoop back down?

Something has to be tweeked in the suspension somewhere, bent hinge pin maybe
