| Trans shifter issue
Just finished a 2 speed swap in my ascender, but I figured I'd get a better answer here. High gear works flawlessly, no noises performs great. Low gear it acts as if it's not entirely engaged, it'll grind when you stab the throttle. Or go rev--> fwd immediately. Now, I haven't gotten a chance to unhook the linkage and see if it replicates the problem with the linkage "free" Is it possible the servo is putting too much pressure on the linkage, causing it to grind? I've tried to adjust my end points, but when I "loosen" the force on it for low gear it acts as if it slips and pops in and out. Any pointers? When I swapped all these internals into my case I'm 99% positive it's correct, and I know the bearings are brand new also. Thanks in advance |

Sounds like it's not fully engaging in 1st. The gear change sticky thread at the top should help you get set up.
