Here is an update, we have most of the parts cut and ready, just wrapping up a few things over the next couple of days to kit this guy. Here's what you get with the CFX kit: CF chassis sides DNA original curved delrin skid CFX electronics/dig servo mt/cross braces Delrin links DNA original universal/heavy duty motor plate CFX upper link/servo mounts with posts for low cg option Delrin steering link Hardware Retail price for this loaded kit is $179.00. We will also offer just the side plates, cross braces/dig servo mount, and upper link mounts for existing Slingshot owners to upgrade. I'll post pics of the kit and soon as the first one is packaged. This will also be available as a comp roller in a few weeks and will include axles, transmission, shocks, dig, and wheels. Thanks, Don Last edited by billet works; 10-28-2008 at 11:28 AM. |

Good work guys looks great. Will you be selling just the chassis and skid plate? or does one need to buy the kit to get the chassis?

The bare chassis with skid and cross braces/dig servo mount will run 90 bucks plus shipping for those of you who have or can make everything else. Don |

Hey Don , This roller you speak of , will it be an assembled kit. I hope not because I much prefer assembling myself. Just curious. |

The universal motor mount means that it will work with just about any motor out there whether it be Brushed, in runner brushless, or out runner. It's also thicker so it eliminates any flex that the stock plate has. Jason |

| Do "you" guys offer a BTA (behind the axle steering) kit that will work with this chassis and axle servo/batt plates ? I found this picture, but don't know if it your product or someone elses? http://i287.photobucket.com/albums/l...a/DSCF0316.jpg Also do you have a dig servo / reciever plate that will fit a HS645mg? I know its overkill size wise, but I like to run the same servo - so in a pinch I could just swap a dig servo for a steering servo. You can drive without dig, but you can't without steering! I normally build all my own crap, but I really like what you guys have done - so I'm actually thinking I might buy it this time around. |

Ok people, here is a little video action for those who are wanting to see these new CFX Slingshots perform. Not anywhere nere as good as the videos Bowtie posted, but I liked makeing it. Still getting used to the way this rig performs. I thinks with a little more wheel time it will only get better. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rzDKmHw8EJM |
