Some have asked how to mount the front inners.
I don't drill mounting holes due to the fact that everybody mounts their shocks in different ways and I don't like putting holes where they need not be. To mount the panels: place panel in position, take a small drill bit or Allen wrench and insert through one of the unused shock mounting holes and scratch the panel marking it for drilling, drill the hole, attach with screw from the inside.
This keeps a clean seamless install with no visible extra hardware.

^That shouldn't be a problem. Mine will wrap to the inside of the shock hoops like my separate inner fenders. It will take me a few days to get something worked up.
I have been laid up on my death bed for the past couple days with some nasty flu bug so I gave fallen a bit behind.

Awesome! Whipped those up to hide the battery and wiring. That is my first time working with sheet metal. It is pretty fun. I was going for a smooth inner fender look without the tube showing (it's easier to rinse the mud off).
Another idea would be one piece full inner fender similar to mine, for people who cant afford to get rid of the stock panels, and need to hide whats under the hood.

Hats off to you man. I have been working on panels for my Wreckluse and this sucks and needed a half box of bandaids. Until someone tries working with aluminum sheet they dont have any idea how hard it is to bend, cut, measure, and make it fit right.

Do you make a rear cover for people that flip the shock mounts upside down? And would the inner fenders work with a flipped shock mount

Yes and yes. The upper cover is more of a T shape. It does not cover the opening over the shocks. I don't have a pic handy and don't know why there is not one in this thread.

All orders are being built right now and should be done in the next couple days. I have been working 16 hour days 7 days a week for the past 2 and put me way behind. Hoods ate being shipped to me this week. Don't know a for sure day when I'll get them. If your order is complete before they arrive and would like the panels shipped separate of the hood that is not a problem. I'll eat the extra shipping charge.
