In general(I know theirs several designs) would a set add much weight? Way cool! Like the one with the complete rear panel

Weight is not an issue with these panels

Top notch panels from CFM. Got my latest set, sides, rear panel upper and lower, and a custom half roof. I will mount them up and post a quick pic later. Quality work with some quick shipping and a stand up guy. Will be buying more from him soon.

I still need to figure out what to do with the hood. Thinking about just spraying it black.

Couple crappy Iphone pics while working on it. Still have to install both upper and lower rear panels so I will get pics with a real camera once it is all on there.

Killing me guys, but I love it. Or at least I keep telling myself I do. Cutting up another 3,456 square inches of material tonight. Wonder of it will last longer than a week this time. Orders placed will go out end of week.
Thanks
Clay

I've been blessed with two successful jobs. So between them and my family it's hard to find time and keep everyone happy. I would love to make a hood but it needs to be done right. It's a complicated piece. A few have made some, but in order to get the front corner to bend and wrap there has to be a cut made. You can't see it once it's formed but it's there and that means a weak point.
I can do one that would wrap the sides but it would have to be relieved around that front corner. I'll figure something out. If I find the time.
Thanks
Clay

Well I guess until then I will beat the life out of these panels then order another different set. Thanks again, they look even better with dents. I want to try my hand and doing a weathered look or a rust washing to the panels for that old and trusty look. Anybody tired that on the aluminum panels yet?
