Starting to have creeper withdrawals. I broke my subzero and the axial is in pieces so I haven't done any crawling in a week or so. The creeper never broke so I never had this problem before.

First comp for the creeper on 12/3/11. Also having a meeting after to start a full on Louisiana chapter for crawlers. Wish us luck with both!

Im gonna take pics as I do the rebuild...Ill have pics edited for posting tomorrow...Since I didnt get hardly any the first time around. I did find one issue...the rear locker had a bad side gear...well at least the axle shaft slot wasnt as good as the other one...so I have to grind it out a tad...Im going to get a deburring bit in the dremel and finesse the hole a bit. The rear axle was a bit stiff from the cvd internals so I reworked them too. Itll be back together and ready this week for shipping.

Bad bearings attribute part of the issue...a bent cvd pin was partly to blame as well...thats all solved as far as I can tell.

3 10x15x4 knuckle bearings grenaded so I had to order new bearings from Avid...I also told them what bearings the Creeper takes and asked for the addition of a shim kit that they have for shimming the pinions, trans and axle shafts...we'll see what they say.

Were you able to get your hands on some bearings?
