kaetwo: they took away the rules from www.rc-glashaus.de - please try www.modelltruck.net - they have a trial section too and should be able to anwer your question.

Look at my new project: the move. If it will be finished I'll send a link with pictures and videos of it: CAD pictures
The 3D CAD design has finsished - it will be manufactured and tested the next weeks.

Just thought I'd let you all know that I was inspired to create my own truck. I have a tamiya on road car that has a shaft high above the differentials running front to back. The motor is on the rear differential assembly. I want a fun, challenging truck to drive, and as I find myself "crawling" with the semi-trucks on 1nsane more and more, I realize a trial's semi would be alot of fun to build.

So the truck will have super soft IFS/IRS and I might even use my nylint 1:18 tires/wheels since they are nice and tall with some soft rubber. Not to mention how scale they look. So far all I've done is gotten the "axles" off the donor car and am thinking of ways to chop the thing up.

1nsane is a offroad truck game that is easy to modify so alot of 3rd party programmers design cars/tracks for the game. Check out insaneheat.com to check out tons of cars/tracks available for the game. The game itself is something like $10-15

Well here's my thread:

My Trials Truck project

I don't plan to run the motor in back, and I plan for a longer wheelbase and slightly larger tires. Trust me, it'll be a bit different I did just break the motor mount plate though. I'm debating between a semi body and the Croc hunter radio shack body though.

That is a very nice truck though.

I´ve seen your thread bevor i have written my post.

Its cool, that everyone do his own thing.

A friend of mine, had made a 2 gear transmission, in his hummer reconstruction. This car is awesome, because the ramps angle is much better than my version.

So, i am strained about your projekt.

Spongebob, You said you're "strained about my project"

Don't quite understand, and I wonder if you're using a translator.

@ Plays with toys

Maybe you can write in german. English is my number one language, but I understand most german and perhaps it'd be easier for you to write in german. As long as it is hoch-deutsch (the proper/sophisticated dialect of german) I will understand, but please no internet slang.

Ya bunch of pansies

By the way, what he just said too was that it is easier for him to speak/type in german, because his english is bad since he hasn't spoken it in years. He also was using a translator. He was not "strained" about my project, but rather excited and wants to see the outcome.

Geez, what do you all you kids get paid for? Taking spanish, like that'll come in handy.
