just woundering if their is any fellow crawlers in newport news... or if any one has climbed that rock hill next to the liquor store on warwick blvd. that hill is massive and covered with rocks,i will try to get a pic of it up. it might even be worth driving from the beach to have a go at it.

Yes I have tried to crawl up it. Personally I think you will need the tallest tire that you can get, for a 2.2. This hill is almost a Super Class hill, but if you take you time and pick your lines carefully you stand a chance.

as soon as i get my truck back together (got all my parts for xmas ive been waiting on) i will bring the super out ther and see how hard it is....

Been out there a couple of times. Definitely a good spot to take pictures!

anyone around Hampton Roads, VA?

i just got back from vacation ..got a new camera..lol i gonna try and build my snipe tommorow and mabe test it out over there (doubtful the mini can climb it ) ..i'll get a pic of the hole hill ..

from what i seen there is parking on street r at shopping center and walk over, i went to tidewater comm. collage sunday, and it is a good place to go bashing, took video and have pics, but do not know how to post themhere so i posted pics at hobbyzip.com, using vaoldman, i am editing video now to post there,

I get my first crawler tomorrow and wondering if any of you guys are active on the weekends. I like in Gloucester and work in Hampton and looking for others in the area.

I kinda been running my short course more since I got it, but I still got my HPI WK, nothing too fancy, im in the Norfolk/Va Beach area but dont goin to Hampton or NewPort News if you know an area you wanna meet up at.

I live in Hampton and will be looking for some crawling spots once it gets here. Just getting into this part of the hobby. Looking forward to it. names the same on AIM if anyone want to get together to crawl or bash.
