Default Bryan park (Richmond)

Me and Kbrog went and checked out this spot in Bryan park today. It's not much but it's something different.

We ran our last comp there. Its a rough place to run. Those rocks are not friendly.

I like it alright as far as close to home crawling spots go. I am curious to see what it's like in the summer.

I agree. Its just that we have run FHP so much (as a alternative to Belle Isle when its flooded) that we were just looking for a different place to run thats was not as far as Fredricksburg. Its not a great place, but it is OK. I wish we did have more places to run. I always keep I eye open for new places.

I never said Bryan park was better than FHP or Belle. It's just that FHP has been ran to death and Belle is underwater most of the year. It is just a decent little spot that is fairly new to most of us. I am with Karl I sure wish we had more comp sites in Richmond.

well it is a shame we arent out near redrocks.... ive always kept my eyes and options open...im sure there are decent spots but the ones we already go to have the most abundant terrain to run on... believe me.. i have run the sh** out of both places...i used to have a nice pile of rock at my house that i ran everyway i could think of... was my testing grounds... i havent crawled in atleast a year and a half or more though.
