the next couple sondays i probably wont be up for any crawlin,iv got to get my sammy back together.Imstarting to jones pretty bad for some full scale crawlin.Ill keep track of the gtg section if i can ill show up for a short while anyway.Also i got a new toy that needs some of my time that i dont have, i picked up a 6' lathe,so i might be spending some time in the shop makin chips.

Where did you pick up the lathe?

first i need to fix it.Its got a broken gear inside and you cant buy parts for it so ill have a new gear made.Im also minus the tooling ,but thats real affordable.All in all its a nice lathe and the price was right 50 bucks.A machinist friend of mine is coming over sunday to give me a crash coarse on how to use it properly and safly.Parts idunno,i do know my samurai is going to have a ton of cool billet knobs and gadgets all over it.If i can find a milling attachment for it then it will be on for rc parts at that point it will be up to my ammagination.CHIPS WILL FLY.

Sounds cool, Mike. My brother is casting his parts to make his lathe. His little hobby, casting aluminum and other metals. He has all the parts made for his lathe, now I have to get to Portland so we can cast and machine some aluminum wheels for Brit's truck. See ya,

Bad news for comps, I traded my xc for a leaf spring diaz chassis kit and pede trans, so im waiting on that, ill ship out my XC and then sell the pede trans (grey) LMK if any locals want it. its new and locked (im running my stealth) and my pimp slap torsion chassis is for sell also!

If we do a scale class later on tho (leaf spring allowed) I will compete, but til then ill just play around at GTGs!

Serious note for all EWRCRC members. I was thinking of doing some crawling this weekend. At sonshine autobody's waterfall or if someone has another loaction. not sure Saturday or Sunday. Post up if you want to come.
