Hello, I'm planning on getting back into RC crawling still deciding between mostly an RR10 Bomber and perhaps a Capra. I was just wondering whos in the area and what sort of rigs you might run? I'm more of a fun runner never done a comp of any sort. Not that I wouldn't be up for it though. Hope to hear back from some fellow RCers |

I was in Everett for 6 years, but moved out to Granite Falls last year. I run mostly 1.9's, like TRX-4, SCX10.2, etc. Right before we moved from Everett, I discovered Edgewater Beach, in Mukilteo, which has some decent crawl spots. I've since had one opportunity to visit it with an RC, and had a total blast, although my time was cut short, because I was there with my family. The crawl spots are along a rocky levee. As you walk down a broken asphalt/gravel road, the levee will be on your right, on the beach side. Background scenery is just a bonus, for scale pics. I would like to hook up with other guys, but having young children and a chronically ill wife makes it unfeasible. Last edited by johnnyluv; 10-07-2019 at 11:43 AM. |

I’m in Everett as well. Just built up a SCX10.2. Haven’t been able to go out and find any spots yet but I’ll let you know what I find.

I hate to say this but in every "City" park in Everett, it is illegal to operate ANY r/c vehicle. Say thanks to our city gov. for that. I found that the law pertains to Snohomish County, King County (no surprise there) and several others. Liability seems to be a big factor. Greed is another since you can buy a limited use pass for some areas. Just a friendly heads up. |
