it has two but the other one is a sleve that fits into the rim and the screw for the front screw into the sleve

Right now I'm looking at a Xtreme Racing carbon fiber chassis. Has anyone used this chassis before. Looking at weights to reduce the stock weight. Also I hate to ask this but what size in the nut that holds the wheel on. Reason I ask is I built this thing with a few allen wrenches and a pair of pliers. With the new rims I am looking at I will not be able to use the pliers. The manual says it's 4mm yet it says I need a 5.5mm & a 7mm nut driver. Reason I ask is I have no metric sockets to find out what size it is.

Yeah the wheel nuts are M4 x 7mm and the nuts used to build the Creeper are M3 x 5.5mm.

Cool now I not what nut drivers to get for this set up. Also do you have any thoughts on the Xtreme carbon fiber chassis? Right now my rig weighs 6.2 pounds. Looking at getting that if it's good along with some stock berg aluminum wheels.

Donald...personally,,Im not a fan of CF chassis'. They dont bend or give any, in other words, when a bad impact happens,,they just break.

I say go Aluminum or delrin. Just my $0.02

As far as wheels go,,Id run Axial offset in the front and Berg offset in the rear but not Berg offset all the way around. Berg wheels will give you a narower trackwidth but it will affect your steering usually in the front,,also in the rear if you have rear steer. Sidehilling and off camber climbs can be affected too. Also just my $0.02

OK reason I ask is I was looking at those rims and a set of wideners. Right now it's front steering only and I think it will stay that way.

Well if you were planning on a set of wideners then you should be ok,,but the widener will be harder on the knuckle bearings and cvd's then just running the Ax offset. Unless you are going for a set of wheels that are only available in Berg offset.

I have a set of berg beadlocks on my creeper, which isn't finished or running. They are the same specs as stock axial beadlocks. I never had the stock creeper rims so I can't say how they compare.

wicked klown the only problem that your going to have when u buy this part is where to mount your battery. trust im useing that same exact battery and i cant find out where to mount it. im going actually buy i sattle pack but i bet youll find a place.
