Well, I havent swapped the wire leads, but I was reading a thread here earlier that hinted at a specific order and I did a bit more reading and am about 99% sure that is the issue. I should have some time this soon to swap them and install a new sensor wire to get everything running...."thumbsup"

Ohh. I always thought it didn't matter what order the wires were in.

I hate how tiny those sensor wires are. One those senors wires on Shelby wraith had a broken wire.

Yeah, I have had more than one that went bad on me in the past. I have learned that it is a good idea to keep several on hand.

A bit of work to this truck. Lowered the rear (flipped the rear upper shock mount).

Well, I havent had a chance to run it on the rocks yet (where I was seeing the most flex in the stock links), but I did let my boy drive it last night and he slammed it head on into a tree at full speed and they didnt bend! :lol:

I have a few goodies sitting here on my desk at work that will get installed soon! "thumbsup"

Ok, like I said earlier, a few new bling goodies showed up at my office today. After I got home, I dug in!

These RC4WD diff covers weigh in at 4 grams (as opposed to the stock covers at 2g) and are 0.75mm shallower than the stock covers. The depth measurements were made at the tallest point....this point on the RC4WD cover is much narrower than the stock cover.

When I removed the stock cover, I found a lot of dust right at the bottom....this tells me that the stock cover was being pulled away from the case as it was drug across the rocks (extremely scale...just like the 8.8 in my heap :lol. I doubt this new cover will have that problem! "thumbsup"

Just a note on these covers, you'll need to flip around the diffs for them to be installed properly....which means you'll also need to switch your throttle to the opposite direction as well.

Links turned out nice man.Them diff covers are the nicest I've seen yet,they look more scale than the rest.Did you get them motor wires swaped around and did it fix your problem?

Haha....still no! And I've been running it almost every day. :lol: Either way, I lost (or left at Eddie's house) my long sensor wire. A new one should be here today so I will probably get them rewired this evening.

Yeah, that is why I ordered them. The VP covers look like the old Crane/BTF/Riddler covers, but these give a bit more clearance over the VPs.

BTW, for those that care, the picture of the diff covers laying side by side shows the true color of the RC4WD covers....the rest of the pictures make them look too red. They are the exact same color as the Robitronics Red Anodized servo horns.

The kit doesnt come with the lights, so I picked up the cheaper Axial light kid (not the NVS) and installed it in my wraith:

I also fixed the wiring on the motor and installed a sensor wire....everything is back to normal with this motor! "thumbsup"

You would think with the few upgrades the kit has they could of thrown in the light system.
