This rig looks amazing. I really like the cage work. Keep up the good work!

Thanks guys. I am really like the way this rig handles and looks.

So running a MMP and the 13.5 redline? on 2s or 3s? May i ask what gearing? Makes me want to convert my XJ for more speed

Actually running the Traxxas ET-3S, on 3S. This ESC has proven itself with me and is only $65. Basically a MMP limited to 3s but can be reflashed with Castle firmware for 6s, so I have read.
Motor is an ol worn out 13.5 redline that will get replaced. I am not around the truck now and cant remember the gearing but can look later. About to teardown for a cleaning in the next day or so.

Can you throw up a video of some slow crawling? I would like to see how it handles a trail.

Its does fine crawling. The MTZs are shorter than most but I love them. This set with cut down Crawler Innovations 4.5" double deuce foams is 2.5 yrs old.
Ill see if I can shoot some vid this evening before teardown.

On another note, this body drops right down on my 1.55 F-Toy!

What did you use for the window nets? Or did you buy them? Any info would be great!

Its already been said before but this has to be the coolest xj out there

You never cease to amaze me Zebra, sweet ****ing rig bro. 8)

Thanks Rowdy. I am actually really impressed how this rig handles high speed and the trail. I usually don't say that about my rigs :ror: I haven't tore it down to clean it yet. I need an intern or something for that type of work.

Send it to me and I'll clean it for ya but you have to clean mine!

Scale Horsepower

Too late!

Tear down complete. Now i gotta clean and reassemble...sometime.

You can see some front end tweakage on the passenger side. I tried to do a loop in a
7' tall pipe. It landed square on the passenger front from 7' drop. Opps

Thanks I will grab a set for mine, and thanks to your build I will now be buying some rc4wd tires that I would have never considered before. Just learn about the x2 SS compound, sounds promising!

I really like the 1.9 MTZ's. I am running the tiny 1.55's on my sammy build too.

Well, I was gunna clean up my rig but the lovely Mrs. Szczerba offered. Said it "looked like fun". :)
