Looks better in1/10 scale! I was just wondering the other day if traxxas was going to do something new on the trx4 platform. Hope it's legit. It would make sense too.Just saw this floating around face space. Looks legit.
Traxxas going hidden body mounts too?
Yes indeed!!Looks good in this video…

Couldn't agree more. I think it's a really good looking body, especially for lexan, but a 2 door would looked better IMO.Why didn't they do the two door version though? Sent from my SM-N981U using Tapatalk
I'm thinking you're probably right, I agree engineering a swb chassis for a 2 door Bronco may have swayed me. They did a good job just not my style as it is.Couldn't agree more. I think it's a really good looking body, especially for lexan, but a 2 door would looked better IMO.
Maybe they just didn't want to engineer an "SWB" TRX4 (which would have been way more interesting than a new clipless body of any design) and went 4 door to keep it a "pro-scale" body.

This one is 12.8” wb. Maybe they didn’t think the 2 door would scale out well on a 12.3”. The Newbright version is considerably shorter.
The price for this one is a hefty $549 MSRP. We’ll probably see them sell at $529. Not entirely sure what’s contributing to that much of an increase, no interior or LEDs included but I suppose the body is a bit more detailed than predecessors and has the clipless mounting. At $529 this would be $70-80 more than the old bronco. Maybe this one cost more to license.
I guarantee Ford raped them on licenses and such
