im wanting a computer of my own....and i have one but its crap! i want a fast one. not lightning fast, just like a few seconds to load, not minuets. i was looking at dell....
http://www.dell.com/content/products/category.aspx/xpsdt?c=us&cs=04&l=en&s=bsd

i like the top 3 the rest are out of my price range.....:-(

im not spending over 350 on a computer.i have a printer, screen, mouse, and the speekers. i just need the actual "computer" does anyone know if those 3 are worth getting? or any other suggestions are great!

thanks alot! Bronco

do you need a graphics card for that ? is it real intensive ( requires alot of power? )

1nsane could never be considered "gaming."

A $300 Dell is what it is. The bottom line, cheapest, components thrown into one system.

Get this one.
Dimension E521
AMD SempronTM Processor

It has a video card and it is not an onboard one. Also I suggest that you get XP instead of vista. Also do the free hard drive upgrade to 160gb.

If you need any help just send me a PM or get me on AIM (scrooloose05)

Honestly how old are you? All you do is say negative things. His budget is 300, chill out

Okay, let's dance. What are your $300 suggestions? What quality component case are you building in your head for $300? You have only asked questions in this thread so far, what are your recommendations? I threw mine out in his other thread on this subject.

edit: and yes, I am 32. I guess you at 17. Right?

lol no, you just flamed dell in this thread. i'm not a huge fan of dell, but thats what he gave to work with for his options.

and ps you are too excited..
Whatever guy with no intelligent reply.

Dell for a desktop...................no reason. You can "build" a better machine for less money. If you are buying a Dell desktop, you are paying more for the name "Dell" on the front of it.

Dell for a laptop.......................I have to give them props. They build a dependable machine, and will back them up with great support (physical, not via telephone). If I was buying one for myself, I would spend a bit more and get a Sager..............but for an out-the-door $800 laptop, Dell is hard to beat.
