Very nice camper build - outstanding attention to detail. Bulldog gave me the heads up on this build and I had to check it out. Great scratch build project.
I plan to make one of these slide in rigs to mount on my F350 'Stroker'. Thanks for the sharing and the inspiration and I look forward to seeing this project finished.

And thank you to you 3SPDREKR. dont_slow_down led me to your 5th wheel build couple of weeks ago and I borrowed some of your exterior details for inspiration on my build. That's what it's all about. Sharing the build process to inspire ideas for other builds. "thumbsup"

I'm going to have a week and a half vacation during Christmas and planning on finishing up the camper and Otter. I'm not supposed to know, but I'm getting a TIG from the wife for Christmas...I can't wait to open it up and put it to use! I have so many ideas that will be a lot easier to make with a tig than brazing. Shhh, don't let my wife know I know. Fortunately she doesn't read these threads...:mrgreen:

How did you make the axle? Did you use bearing or something else. I'm trying to figure out how I should make my axles and just looking for more input from nicely built trailers. Thanks and hope you get back to m soon

That's an awesome camper! Wish I could do that! Well, anyone can, it would just take several years and almost infinite patience. Lol. But seriously, thats looks like a really difficult build. At least you're having a good time
Wow I don't see how I missed this build thread... Holy shat that thing is freakin amazing.. You do extremely detailed work.. What I don't understand is you said you don't have the patients for painting yet you totally went out of bounds on this build and it's just a trailer.. I'm going right now to check out you 1.9 build if it's anything like this it's gonna be super sicccc... Great work man

Thank you. It is a lot of fun.Yea it does take a lot time and patience, but it is relaxing for me when I can get in to the zone. Hours just fly by.:mrgreen:
