Getting her all wired up to test!

It's geared 17/68 right now, and... It's bloody fast! I need to do serious suspension tuning. It's amazing to watch the IFS work on turns. Now I just need to finish it and take some video and pictures...

Here's a little video of it with a 13 tooth pinion spooling up in both gears. (It's much faster now with the 17!)

looks great, i like how your tires start to balloon, what gearing would you recommend with a 7t puller on 3s, i think i am running a 14/57 and it is no where as fast as yours

Hmm, I think the key with a summit tranny in a crawler is to keep the 2nd gear usable. I want it fast, but it still needs to have good umph to launch through mud and up hills, so it cant be all top end. If you want more speed, perhaps add a couple teeth to the pinion.
