we'll see when it will be available, all can be changed

Don't let the assholes on here discourage you just because they think they know everything they feel that they can be asses and don't have to actually answer your question.

cause you're too lazy to read for an answer, so i just assumed you'd be too lazy to actually build a kit....

on a lighter note, though. i finally went and looked at this on the axial site, and saw possibally the scariest picture of all....

does anyone small something burning??? :lmao:

What this is is an evolutionary step in the world of crawling.

Remember when we were all using TLT axles, Pede trannys, making our own narrow wheels and tires? It wasn't that long ago. Then Axial came on the scene with a "factory" crawler with good company and aftermarket support. With the increase in MOA's showing up, with either Berg axles or aftermarket swaps for LCCs or Axials, you can see the trend. Now we have, again, a major player coming to the table with a factory supported MOA rig.

I understand why they came out with the kit first. It will appease the hard core crawler guys, who for the most part have their own electronics/tires/foams/radios/batteries/etc. When you consider the cost of the kit is still a bit more than an RTR AX-10, it may keep some of the newbs from getting one at first. Then you get into the dual ESC/dual motor setups, and I'm sure there will be tons of questions floated about those setups.

I think, in the long run, the days of shafties at comps will be relegated to a sportsman class. I agree it is the drivers that win, obviously, but if the design of the rig is superior, then that makes the driver just that much more capable. Axial has a winner on their hands here, and if there are any drawbacks, I'm sure the aftermarket crowd will address it soon enough.

I myself will just wait for the axles to be available separately, and put them on my F-4 chassis. Or at least see if its doable later down the road. "thumbsup"

actually there are several threads, with a looot of bulshiting in there, like 5y boys "i like it", "i want it"
so if you have answer just share, if you are not willing to share here, shut up and be quiet

Alex here is one of the sites for preordering. I figured since some are being immature asses about helping others out, maybe I should step up to the plate. There are about 100,000 posts of "I want it" 's and "I like it" 's not to mention all the bs about "if you cann't read I ain't gonna help you preorder one". Hope this helps it took about an hour this morning just to find this one persons post. I know how frustrating it is to try to sort through all the bullcrap sometimes so good luck.

same here. half the fun of putting together a crawler is building it how you want it from the get go!!!!"thumbsup"

Barring all the stupid idiot newbs that I am personally getting more than sick of with their stupid assed comments.

I say...

Well done axial. I had all but given up on comp crawling. I don't know that this is enough to get me back into it but seriously... it just might.

Lets see if we can do a decent price breakdown to see what it'll cost to build one with all new gear.

Xr10 kit... 289.99
Tires... 50.00
Servo... 80.00
Esc.... 140.00
Motors... 80.00
Reciever... 50.00
Dig switch.... 40.00

Total 729.00

Still a lot of money but consider that I highballed some things. Hell I spent that much on my honcho and electronics.

Not to mention you really should be able to do one for around 550 to 600 reasonably... sounds like a helluva deal to me.

As for the body. I love the function over form look. Its killer. Do I like the body design. Well, I don't love it, but I think it'll be killer on the rocks so yeah I like it.

Love the whole design. You can tell it was done by a group o guys that "get it".

Congrats on the new rig axial. Hope you guys make a killing off it. You deserve it.

Don't even listen to the idiot new jackasses that word vomit from their mouths. I they had any clue at all they would love it to. You build crawlers for us. The ones that pour our heart and soul and money into this sport year after year and paycheck after paycheck. We love this sport and appreciate your effort and hard work.

Congrats.

For anyone else that is looking for preorder help here is your answer. Please be kind and pass this on when asked for help in where to preorder. This site is suppose to be for helping each other not being shitbricks and giving smart ass answers to frustrate people. Remember everyone needed some kind of help at one point or another. If you don't think you did just look back at your first few posts. Be kind and help each other out. It took me almost 2 hours of sorting through the BS to find that only 2 people posted something about their site offering a preorder. So stop with all the smart ass remarks about being too lazy to read and just point the person in the right direction.

I just put these up as a pre-order. Good job axial! "thumbsup"

These are the only two sites on this thread that are saying something about preordering. I'm sure if you go to your Local Hobby Shop they can run you a preorder. Or you can check out some of the vendors on the site and see which ones are offering the preorder.

That looks like a really well thought out comp set up out of the box. I like the adjustability that is built into it.

Comp is not my thing but I'm happy for you guys that have been waiting on this and can't wait to see all the modded set ups.

Looks like you did pretty good this weekend. Congrats. I'm not sure if you need one of these though 'cause then no one will be able to catch you. :lmao: :ror:"thumbsup"

Thanks :P

Well Mikes still ahead of me, granted he didnt miss a comp like the rest of us, but he'll be getting one as well, so :)

And I need a 2nd rig for my boy. I was just gonna build a 2nd berg, but I figured if this doesn't turn out to be the next best thing since sliced bread (which I think it will indeed be) I can give the boy this and keep my berg :)

Ckrc is pre ordering too:
http://www.ckrccrawlers.com/shop/in...d=2613&zenid=dac9ae99d9d88bada55d0bee05382a85

But I don't see the general public getting many until at least mid/late July and I'm sure Axial will have a good supply so preordering at your lhs may be as good. But as with all new products, replacement & upgrade parts won't really be available til 2-3 months later (how many of you are still waiting for the novak dual esc?) and the aftermarket won't be far behind. I will wait til a few get out there but I may have one next Xmas. Again, Nice job Axial!

With Axial backing this bad boy, I doubt aftermarket support will take as long as it typicaly does. Just a hunch though.

Ok I'll give you that Beel, I remember you gettin flamed. And I also remember that question too, lol. Oh well, to each his own. We'll all make it through this somehow! The question is, just how big will this thread get before they're released, lol

And just an FYI, I suffered through everypage of this along with you....clodstall anyone? rofl....

yea, youre initial post was prolly right though.

LOL i thought it was funny when harley flammed me. so damn creative? to many people get butthurt when they see other poeple's typing was mean.

The goddamn truck will be $300.

(289-299)

Its gonna hit shelves prolly between june and july. (KNOW ONE REALLY KNOWS, except Bender, but he prolly has over a thousand voicemails, PM's and myspace messages to sort through so let him chiil out)

you can run a dig switch, and a 3ch. radio and run it like a Berg or Bully.

you can also do a lot more along the lines of what dudes have been doing with supers for a long time.

MOA means motor on axel, they are the same damn thing.:flipoff:

Great Job on the rig Axial Team..."thumbsup" I have been waiting on a MOA from Axial for a long time and can't wait to get my hands on one.
